Roger Martin Out at Winnebago Industries

By Greg Gerber
RV D@aily Report

FOREST CITY, Iowa -- RV Daily Report has learned that Roger Martin, the vice president of sales and marketing, has left Winnebago Industries.

According to Sheila Davis, the company's public relations and investor relations manager, Martin resigned March 6. "I am not aware of Rogerís thoughts behind his decision or his future plans," she said. One source told RV Daily Report yesterday that it was not Martin's decision to leave the company.

According to published reports, Martin joined Winnebago Industries as the marketing director in 1994 and was appointed vice president of sales and marketing in February 2003.

Davis said a replacement has not yet been named.

Those are sure 2 contradicting statements. I guess we'll eventually find out the reason.
