Looks good Bill.....
We are really stepping up our game this year with even more emphasis on customer service. We feel this is one area alot of companies have scrimped on and one we have been told time and again by our customers they really appreciate.
Your right Bill, I have been put off many times where customer service reps come on as if your interupting their morning coffee break. It has to start with the person who first answers the phone. That first 15 seconds you want to have come across that the customers business is valued no matter if it is just a question about a product or a large purchase.
Calling last spring, the girl handling my order made me feel at ease right off the bat....When I told her I was associated with the Pond Piggies group, she said O, do you want me to have Bill bring your items to the next outing. Now, that's customer service.
She just kind of read my mind.....
