Good for them. Congrats.

I just placed my first order with them two weeks ago for a base plate and brake wiring harness for my new HHR. It was a most pleasant experience and plan to order more of what they sell in the future.

Congratulations Bill, to you & your great staff. I'm sure you'll be having many visitors - not the least of which will be the Pond Piggies. You got space in the lot for our rigs?

They are great folks to do "bidness" with over the internet. I'm just glad they are far enough away that I can't visit often. Good luck in your new location.

Thank You for all of the kind words!

We are really stepping up our game this year with even more emphasis on customer service. We feel this is one area alot of companies have scrimped on and one we have been told time and again by our customers they really appreciate.

I am super excited about 2010 for RVupgrades and we will have many PR releases with all of the improvements we have begun to implement to make our customers buying experience the best it possible can be.

Bill

Congratulations on some smart thinking, and then acting upon it.
For some reason motorhoming has an (outside) image of a dying industry.
The number of visitors and motorhomers' at Yellowstone, a record, says something else. You have read these facts and responded to them. Good for you. And good luck in your venture.

Outstanding! It is no question that RVUpgrades provides excellent customer service. I have recently had some problems with a product purchased from them and, without question or hesitation, the issue is being quickly resolved. My experience with them has always been positive.

Good luck with the new store, Bill and staff, and we hope to visit sometime during our travels.
