Thor does make great RV's for the middle income masses. Those that can afford Ferrari's and other high end toys buy something fancier.

Sounds like and advertisement more than an article. Wonder how much they paid for that award.

It IS an advertisement . . . what corporations call a "press release." No award. I doubt that iRV2 gets anything for posting it.

These press releases do have to be read carefully, and with some understanding of the industry. This one appears to be mixing "overall brand/mfg'er" and "individual brand" a bit.
If you buy up/own enough individual brand names (like Thor has over the past several years) sooner or later you sell more overall than others who have only a few brand names ...that used to be Fleetwood's corner. Now it is Thor's. Last week I believe the article was about Winnebago being the #1 selling brand last year...

Let's keep it nice...there is no need to start any arguments in this, the RV Industry Press Forum.
Mike (DriVer) is only posting material from the industry and industry press outlets. And Mike does a VERY GOOD job of being equal with exposure of all brands.
Press Releases are just that. You don't have to like the releases, but they are what they are.

I look at the Thro and I wasn't impressed , It was ok but not what I was looking for , Once I seen the Fleetwood and did my research and ask a lot of question , I got such a great price on it I couldn't pass it up and it was just what I wanted the Doggy window sold me --- not really but it was a key factor
