Thanks for the posting DriVer its to bad they did not have a side trip to New England states.
We have only one dealer left since the down turn back in 08 DAVE'S RV in CT. we use to have 5 that I can remember met the Millers at Marty's RV back in 07.

Roger, I still have a long memory when it comes to Dave's RV. I bought a brand new 29 foot Aljo travel trailer from him when the dealership was on the post road in Norwalk, CT. That was back in 1992 or 1993. Dave personally promised me a 25 foot length of water hose for my new trailer since he was out of stock.

A few months went by and I didn't hear back so I called and spoke with him and would you believe it, Dave told me he said no such thing and never delivered the water hose. Can you imagine! Even under the worst case scenario where the dealer gives a hose to a customer and takes a loss, how can you deny your customer that bought a new travel trailer from you a measly water hose! I will not soon let Dave live that down.

I'm sure that he must have improved his customer relations skills because the dealership appears to get good rating from customers and Newmar or they would not retain him as one of their dealers.
