WINNEBAGO INDUSTRIES TOWABLES ANNOUNCES JOHNNY HERNANDEZ AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

FOREST CITY, IOWA, October 9, 2012 – Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE:WGO), one of the leading United States (U.S.) recreation vehicle manufacturers, today announced Johnny Hernandez has joined Winnebago Industries Towables as vice president, sales and product management.

In his new position, Hernandez is responsible for the sales, product development, marketing and service of Winnebago and SunnyBrook travel trailers and fifth-wheel trailers. He reports directly to President, Elvie Frey.

Hernandez, 56, has over 38 years’ experience in the RV industry, most recently serving as national sales and product manager for Coachmen’s Brookstone fifth wheel trailers. Past work experience also includes 18 years with Fleetwood Enterprises, serving in a variety of towable and motor home sales and product planning positions; president, CEO and founder of Frontier RV and President of Aero Coach, a division of Thor Industries.

Hernandez is a native of Longview, Texas. He resides in the Middlebury, Indiana area.
