WINNEBAGO INDUSTRIES, INC. NAMES RANDY N. TEGLAND SHIPOUT MANAGER

FOREST CITY, IOWA, June 24, 2010 – Winnebago Industries, Inc. has named Randy N. Tegland to shipout manager. Tegland assumes the duties of Steve Rodberg, who retired after 38 years with the Company.

In his new position, Tegland is responsible for the operation of the chassis warranty and shipout departments which finalize all motor homes for shipment. Prior to delivery, each motor home is put through a rigorous pre-delivery inspection before going to dealers, and ultimately customers.

A 33-year veteran of Winnebago Industries, Tegland has spent his entire career in the Shipout department. Most recently, he spent the last nine years as a supervisor, where he oversaw the quality review and final inspections of the Company’s motor homes prior to their delivery. He also worked as a senior lead and stall technician preparing motor homes for delivery.

A 1974 graduate of Forest City High School, Tegland served with the United States Marine Corps from 1974-1976 and also earned a machinist certification from North Iowa Community College, Mason City, Iowa.

Tegland lives in Forest City with his wife, Donita. They have three children.
