Work Begins On New CrossRoads Facility

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

RV Daily Report
Greg Gerber, Editor

TOPEKA, IN — CrossRoads RV, a manufacturer of travel trailers and fifth wheels, announced today that crews began construction this week on a new customer service facility at its 45-acre campus in Topeka.

The new facility will be located at the site of the former corporate office on Hawpatch Drive. When completed in July, the new building will provide a significant increase in office, warehouse and service bay space compared to their current location.

“We are pleased to be able to expand our customer service facilities in Topeka,” said Andy Cripe, president of CrossRoads. “The new building will allow CrossRoads to operate more efficiently and provide a higher level of service to our customers by having more parts and inventory on hand for service and warranty work. It’s part of our commitment to supporting our dealers and ensuring the best in customer satisfaction.”

Headquartered in Topeka, Indiana, CrossRoads RV manufactures a wide variety of travel trailers and fifth wheels. Its products are distributed through dealers throughout the United States, Canada, France, Japan and Australia. CrossRoads RV is part of the Thor Industries family of companies.
