Workhorse Custom Chassis delivers on its promise by providing the largest support network for its RV customers

UNION CITY, IN. " Workhorse Custom Chassis presently has 125 authorized service centers across the country for its R Series diesel chassis, with more centers coming on board each month. This is the latest of several developments that have expanded Workhorse service support for its Class A motor home chassis.

The Workhorse network of gasoline chassis service centers has continued to expand across the United States and Canada, and currently numbers 557. This network contains more locations dedicated solely to motor home service than any other strip chassis manufacturer. Because of this, Workhorse is the only chassis manufacturer to provide motor home owners the convenience of one-stop coach and chassis service.

Workhorse supports these service centers with an extensive field service team of 10 representatives, which has been recently reorganized and expanded so that team members can assist with both gas and diesel issues in their respective regions.

Workhorse has also developed more opportunities for technician training. It is the only company to offer Internet-assisted instruction, making RV technician training less expensive and more convenient for service centers. This supplements instruction that Workhorse conducts at its training locations and on site at service centers.

Another key component of Workhorse's service support is its 24-hour emergency parts service, which has been enhanced with a new parts warehouse in Reno, Nev., in addition to its West Chicago, Ill., parts center.

"Workhorse has developed a number of outstanding new platforms for the motor home buyer," said Charles Christy, national service manager for Workhorse. "We want RV dealers and customers to know that we're just as serious about supporting outstanding customer service. Since our beginning, we've continuously worked at developing more and better service options for RVers."

Specializing in the manufacture of chassis for motor homes, walk-in trucks and buses, as well as integrated walk-in trucks, Workhorse Custom Chassis is ISO 9001 certified and considered a leader in the motor home and walk-in truck industries. Its manufacturing facilities are in Union City and Hagerstown, Ind., and its corporate headquarters are in Highland Park, Ill. For more information visit Workhorse.com.
