RON FRAIZER NEW DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

(Yakima, WA. January 31, 2008) Western Recreational Vehicles, Inc. the Washington based manufacturer of premium Motor Coaches, Fifth Wheels and Slide in Truck Campers, in keeping pace with their bold new direction of elevating WRV back on top, proudly announces another visionary leader to the senior management team; Ron Fraizer as Director of Customer Service.

Ron Fraizer has focused his career on providing exemplarily customer service with every position he has held. Fraizer has been in a service-oriented industry since childhood. He was an automotive technician for 10 years and held service manager positions for such companies as Honda and Hertz Rent-A-Car. He served as Regional Field Service Manager for Workhorse Custom Chassis in their California territory for 5 years. Prior to accepting his new position at WRV he was the Regional Manger of Ground Equipment Maintenance for SkyWest Airlines. With each company, Fraizer left a legacy that emulated his ever-evolving philosophy. Fraizer states, "I develop teams that not only meet the expectations of our customers, but exceeds them. I strive for the end result to be that we create raving fans, not just happy ones and not just satisfied ones" Part of his continued success in building winning customer service teams is his ability to constantly develop teamwork skills with his team. He plans on building the WRV customer service team to be a superior team of the best people who will heighten the loyalty of the WRV customer.

Since the purchase in 2006, Monomoy Capital Partners has maintained an aggressive pace in fulfilling their goals to launch new, visionary products and develop the industry's top management team. Bob Wert, the President of WRV said, "There is no doubt that this key addition to the team will help take Western RV to the next level of customer driven service. The tenor of this press release seems to bode well for WRV. Let us all hope that Ron will be successful in his statement: "I develop teams that not only meet the expectations of our customers, but exceeds them. I strive for the end result to be that we create raving fans, not just happy ones and not just satisfied ones." Our only visit to Camp WRV in November of 2006 was highly successful. Our problems were promptly handled by Chris Scott and Warren "the Wizard" along with a number of other fantastic support personnel. Here's wishing all the best to Ron and the WRV team!
