I just got a 1994 Fleetwood Flair 22D. It only had 35,000 miles and has a 20 pound book of literature and service records. It's not huge, but it's a big step up from the '70 Winnebago Indian.

We're taking it to my wife's grandparents' in Topeka at the end of the month. Here's a pic of the old ride. If anyone wants it, it's going cheap!

I haven't really calculated my mileage(I don't want to know). We love it. It has a Chevy P30 chassis with a 454 and a 4L80E overdrive transmission. The only issue I've had is detonation pulling hills, but i've got it narrowed down to fuel injectors or the fuel pressure regulator. We've put 3,000 miles on it since we got it. I paid $15,000 for it and blue book was $16,200.

I fixed the detonation problem. It ended up being a bad oxygen sensor. It never set off the check engine light. Apparently, it was reading rich and leaning out the fuel mixture. After I replaced it, it ran like new and alot cooler. I just thought I'd update for anyone having the same issue.
