We are brand new RVers! We recently took delivery of our 2011 Thor Windsport 30Q and we love it so far. Only been out in it for 2 nights (we both still work) and had our first "oh no!" moment.... I couldn't get the black water tank to drain until I figured out ours has 2 valves. It was covered on the PDI but I forgot She's REAL basic: no slides and no levelers. We're fine with the room but I do wish I had the levelers, now. My next challenge is to get more comfortable with trucks passing me on the highway

This is a great forum and has provided a wealth of information for us!

Nice rig.. I'm partial to the ones w/o slides Though, you prolly will want them levelers at some point... they can be added later.

I'm noticing that your floorplan looks to be exactly like mine... Is your shower across from the toilet/sink area? And the toilet door opens to close off the bedroom area?

Hey Miko, welcome to the forum and the RV lifestyle.
Neat coach, I like it, the interior is neat and to the point.
This is the best time to add levelers. I don't have them either but mine is too old to invest that kind of coin. Not really a big deal since you only level once the whole time you are on your camping trip. Most of the time I'm pretty level and don't even bother with the blocks. For the passing trucks, get a tracking bar to help cancel out the affects of the big rigs. Have fun!

Nice looking coach but I have to be honest and say I didn't know they made them without slides anymore. Good deal though, slides can be expensive fixes when you have them, especially if you don't do that routine maintenance they all need.
Enjoy the outings and hope to see you on the road someday.

Nice rig!! I agree with others...get the levelers!! We don't have slides either, but we live in ours so our next one will have slides.

As far as passing trucks...just takes time...you'll be comfy in no time if you stay behind the wheel.

Welcome to the forum!!

Miko...many happy miles. We are still working too and only had two nights in ours. We're spending our time readying things for our more miles next year after retirement. Can't wait.
