2 adults 2 kids and dog in a Excursion 33A

Taking advantage of an early retirement due to heart surgery (they fixed me) and the retarded California Bay area housing market we are taking our family on the road. As much as I wanted a Discovery 40g the reality of cost took us to a 2013 Excursion 33a. Good floor space only one slide out to worry about and excellent maneuverability. Second baby due in July and we will hit the road in august to travel the US and search for our new home.

Sounds like you are all set to have the adventure of a lifetime! Good luck and enjoy the family. There are many great areas in this beautiful country to live, each with its UP's and Downs. As we travel around the country, we always compare what we see with what we have back home asking the question, would you want to live here?

Safe travels

Wow what a great adventure ahead of you! Good luck. Check the Midwest out. Great people and low cost of living. Good healthcare choices too.

Thank you everyone. Current places on our list to investigate are Idaho Colorado and the Carolinas. We will leave Oregon and head north traveling east to Maine. Making a clockwise loop and zigzagging to catch stuff in between. Trying to go with the flow as much as possible.

Beautiful coach!
Enjoy your family and the adventures ahead. You will not regret this time together.
Look us up if you're in the West Palm Beach, FL area.
