2003 Coachmen Captiva
I've never really been into camping until I met my wife. We spent out first year together visiting her parents seasonal site and staying in their second camper (wildcat 5th wheel). I really enjoyed the little time we spent there. In July of 2012 we purchased a 2012 Jayco Sport Series pop up camper. We used it four times last year. A couple weeks ago we saw a TT pass by and began to discuss an upgrade. One Sunday my wife decided to go to our local dealership and look at used TT. I told her we had to get a decent amount of money back in our pop up. She called me about an hour later and asked if I would come down and look at a couple units. Long story short, we came home with a 2003 27' Coachmen Captiva. Only ended up paying about $3000 total for the upgrade.

I agree, nice upgrade. My wife and I are going this route as well. I sold my 73 Winnie last month and she just sold her 96 popup last night. We wanted something with a little more room and A/C. Lucky for us she had a co-worker tell her about a Jayco 266 FBS. We went and looked @ it tonight and we both just fell in love with it. Plenty of room for our daughters and it was well cared for.
Good luck you you and your wife...

So now I've really jumped into camping! We purchased a 1991 Coleman Roanoke Royale pop up. We figured it was a great deal and we would use it for various short stays instead of taking the TT!

The best way to do something is jumping in with both feet. Congrats on both purchases!
