2011 Silverback 35QB

It's finally here! Sacrificed 1/2 the camping season waiting for it, but planning to make up for lost time. The jump from 29' TT to 41' 5er is a bit of an adjustment, especially backing it in the driveway the first time!

I'll add more photos soon, as soon as I get it in a more photogenic location. The '07 F350 tows like a dream, even with SRW.

Great looking unit, how does it tow like?

We just bought a 2008, 35 ft. Silverback LRL and we were amazed at how roomy it was. Does Forest River build units bigger than yours? We downsized from a house to a condo to get ready for retirement. Maybe we should consider buying a bigger unit like yours so we won't miss the condo if we sell up??

Great unit, enjoy the summer.

Rick,

Congrats on the new unit! We have had ours for just about a year now, and we love it. It looks massive in the driveway, but tows like a dream, and still isn't the biggest unit in the campgrounds. Buying a used one was smart on your part; someone else worked out all the bugs, but it's still "young" enough to provide you years of enjoyment.

If I had to do it over again, I maybe would change a few of the options I got, but I would not pick another unit. I have seen nothing in the campgrounds or at the shows that I like better. Good luck with the new unit!

Brian

I like it. The slide with the peaked roof is particularly nice. I like that it doesn't look like every other slideout in the campground.
