We traded a 2003 Monaco Dynasty with two slides for this RV. No comparison when it comes to room, the full wall slide and the opposing other two slides about double the living space. So far no major problems, just a few minor annoying things like the audio controls on the Smartwheel don't work and the temperature control unit in the shower needs to be replaced. As soon as we can arrange it, it's going to the local Winnebago dealer for fixes. We're waiting a month or so to see if anything else pops up.
Really do like the way it drives. Very stable and quieter than the Monaco. Almost no engine noise or vibration. This coach is very complicated technology-wise. I've read the three 2-inch-thick operators manuals twice. Lots of info to get familiar with. Way different than the Monaco but nothing a savvy RV'er can't follow.
As far as equipment, the Tour has everything standard with few upgrades available. This coach luckily has all the extras plus a few additions from the previous owners (like roof vent covers and TPS system). My advice is to look for a 'loaded' coach like ours. I went to the Winnebago website and downloaded the brochure for the 2011 Tour so I knew what to expect going in.
BTW, I picked the 2011 because it has the PowerGear slide mechanisms. The '12 to the '14 has the Swintek slide mechanism and is notoriously bad. Everybody complains about them and lots of people have been stranded by stuck out slides. The newer Tour's have gone back to the PowerGear systems again.
I'll update as time goes on with any pertinent info. Good luck.
