It will not hurt a thing to do a reseal on the roof. Congrats on your new unit.

Here are 3 different interior pictures before I completed any of the changes. We will be going to Hilton Head, SC the end of this month. This is the first BIG trip for us. We are so excited.

Great looking inside also. That is a good size couch for an RV. You have just the right size unit there also.

Congrats on your new unit. Our very first A was a Mirada with no slides. They have come a long ways in the last 8 years since we had ours. Real nice rig.

Also welcome to the Forest River Owners Group.

That is one nice looking rig! It has so much space and that sofa is huge!

You asked about Eternabond - you shouldn't have to reseal the roof right away and I would hesitate to do that at least for the first year. Saying that, I helped my daughter seal the roof of her Coachman TT with Eternabond three years ago after she had a small leak. I had the tape and figured it would work better than caulking at keeping leaks away. It still looks like new today and no leaks. The key is preparation before putting the Eternabond on. It isn't easy but for it to work as advertised the surface needs to be cleaned really good and all old caulking removed. It took us a week to get the project done with both of us working about 4 hours a day. But it was so worth it!
