Beautiful Rig! Glad to hear that CW in St. Augustine is continuing their wonderful customer service. We purchased our 2012 Meridian from 5000 miles away in Anchorage Alaska last year and CW of St. Augustine's arrangement for addressing any issues worked wonderfully!

Thanks All, for your kind words. Thor still has some warranty issues to straighten out in October, but then we should be in great shape. Fingers crossed!

You are not too far from Elkhart, Sue.

They treated us like royalty last May.
Gorgeous rig!
A Mutation? :-)

We were just there earlier this month, Dave. Yes, they do treat customers well, as others have said. We mutated our Bounder into the Tuscany last July with CW in St. Augustine FL. Many, many problems later, we still aren't out of the woods.

Our next appointment is in Oct.when we can drop it off for 10-14 days. If they can't get it all ship-shape in that length of time...!

DH, w/ a little help from me, has been rewiring the AV system so it will work as he wants it to. It's been a major project, stripping out the original CAT5 cable, running HDMI & optical cables, removing the fireplace & TV to get at the back. The cover of the A-post in front of the passenger seat had to come off to run wires through there, too, and that still isn't back in place.

Almost done now. The system works as it should, but a little housekeeping is in order. Such as replacing the fireplace & TV. What a mess!

Cheers!

Sue
