I love those rigs with the kitchen island. (Guess where I spend time practically every day). Hopefully she'll provide you with years of dependable service. You need to make your bed though. :P I'm a stickler for that in my house.

Landmark
Love the Landmarks! We are looking to retire in April and hit the road as soon as we are able to sell our house. We are considering a DRV or Excel, but I keep looking at the Landmarks. Are these good full timing rigs? Are there any opinions on this out there?

Full timing doesn't void the warranty on the Landmark. Comes with a 2 year full and 5 year structure. The Yeti package has helped on some cold nights.

Congratulations!
That looks like a very nice 5th wheel. My wife and I recently traded our Cameo which also had the 4 seasons package. I can tell you I was very glad when we were in Pa in October to wake to 4-6 inches of snow! What a surprise it was. The 5th wheel stayed warm and my biggest concern was the weight of the branches that were causing them to break and fall. We did not sustain any damage and it was a nice trip.
You will appreciate the extra 4 seasons package. Very good choice.
Travel safe and enjoy!

They are great fulltime rigs! We've been in ours over a year now, and in early January went thru temps below zero.
One morning woke up to -6 degrees. Stayed perfectly warm and absolutely no issues...nothing froze and everything worked great. The only thing we added during that cold spell was some batten insulation the UDC to protect the hose connections (we have heated hose and stayed hooked to water) and we wrapped the propane tanks in batten insulation...they've been known to stop working in very cold temps.
Other than that we just turned on the tank warmers and enjoyed our new home!!
