Hi. Welcome to iRV2. NICE! That TV is HUGE! Bet you could see that all the way from the bedroom.

Safe travels & happy memories.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

We have some friends that have a Montana, don't know the model. They seem very nicely built and well appointed. I think you made a good choice and the pics show a very nice interior. Your going to love it.

I have never seen a 5th wheel with 5 slide-outs. That is amazing! Very nice rig!

Hey, thanks everyone!

No, we can't see the tv from the bedroom, but we've got another tv in there. And one on the outside of the rig. I'm actually kind of embarrassed to use the outside one.

The five slides make it nice and roomy. This is our 2nd fifth wheel. We bought our previous one when the kids were little and had it for nine years. My daughter, who is now 16, refused to use her bunk for the past few years.

This is our "transitional" rig. With the opposing sofa beds in the front, the kids have a place to sleep, but when they fly the coop we won't be stuck with an unusable bunk room. So far it's working well for the whole family.

It's crazy, but one of my favorite features is the "back door", which is in the rear of the coach, on the opposite side from the main door. We park our rig at our house and when it's time to load or unload it I don't have to walk all the way around the other side to get in. It also enables on-the-road access to the bathroom when we stop, and gives a nice cross-ventilation when we have both doors open at the campsite.

Pardon the top of the closet taking up much of the bottom of the picture, but here's the back door from the inside

And here's our front lounge one night when we decided to move the dining table up into it to have dinner by the fireplace

I can't figure out how to edit my previous post. I wanted to replace the picture above with this better one. (There's no edit button)

You can edit a post for only 1 hour. After that, you'll have to make an additional post or contact a moderator/administrator to have them edit a post for you.

That's a nice hutch unit in your kitchen. We had a Cougar 5-r (prior to our MH) & I especially liked the FL floorplan of the Montana's. I wanted to upgrade to a FL except I didn't want the larger truck it would've required to haul it, plus back then, there wasn't as large of TV nor a fireplace. Yours is much more home-y.
