Nice looking rig, congrats. Looks like there are some kids in your life (bunk beds). You and they should have a ball.

Ahh..that's a beauty!

Had you looked at any other similar MH's before pulling the trigger on the Palazzo by chance?

yes , the only other DP in this price range is the Fleetwood excursion and it is a very nice unit but did not have a floor plan that fit our need's .
Winnebago is coming out with a smaller DP soon but it's not out yet .

Looks like we landed on the same answer in the hunt for a compact DP with bunks. Enjoy your new rig!

Winnebago and Itasca have an upcoming model built on the same chassis that will compete in this category. Of course, the bunk model will be closer to 38 feet so a tad bigger.

Beautiful Rig ..... we are seriously considering moving up to this unit (from our Sunova 35J). Do you mind if I ask you a couple questions about your unit. Does this layout offer the "over the steering area bed"? Can you provide some idea what you were able to get the unit for (sorry about asking but I'd like to have some idea what the going rate is before talking to LazyDays).

Not to but in but...

There is an optional bed that is over the driver and co-pilot. You should be able to get approximately 25-30% off the sticker price with a sharp pencil and price shopping with other dealers.

Here is the floor plan for the 33.3

I realize this is an older thread but...I have been shopping for 3 months to find a DP with a floorplan that works for us. How has this unit been for you so far? Seems Thor has made a few standard changes over the last while.
