The Maxxum chassis is a proprietary chassis that FREIGHTLINER builds exclusively for Winnebago Industries.

Bob,
First of all thank you for your service to your country. It's appreciated.

Second, have you been able to use the tailgate option yet and, if so, any real value added with it.
Thanks

yes we have. for the 3 weekends we have used the coach, the exterior kitchen came in very handy. the refrigerator/freezer is 1.9CF, which is just a shade bigger than the old slideout unit they used. the only advantage to the prior unit was that is was 12V/110V, this is only 110V. it is convienent to have a stovetop burner out there as well. there is a small LED tube light right over the top of the unit also.

Getting ready to order the 2014 Tour QD in January of 2014. Very interested in input that you may have with my decision to do so. You have had your coach for a while now and I'm sure there are things you have learned. Such as. Are there any regrets? Does the coach meet your expectation?. Anything that you may do different? Things that you wish we're different with the coach. I know that these questions are very broad but I'm just looking for validation in the direction I'm going or a wake up call telling me to look elsewhere. Your time in responding is appreciated.
