That's an interesting question! I know when we do laundry, at the end, our water is empty, and our grey is full FAST.

Word of caution, if you grey tank is NOT open while you wash clothes, keep an eye on the level, or you'll have a big ole mess starting at the shower

The washing machine draws and drains into the same tanks that everything else does as far as I know....

I C, So guesstimating how many gals of water for lets say a weeks worth of cloths. Are the driers both Elec/propane ?

Donna, congrats on the new and beautiful coach.

Yes, the washer will draw water from your fresh water tank and empty into your gray water tank. Probably not a great idea to use washer/dryer when you are not on full hook up since it will use up your fresh water and fill your grey tank quickly.

The washing machine should only use a meager 6 gallons per wash, at least that was the manufacturer says my Splendide does.
