Just traded in our albatros, a 2004 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx 830Y. Was a great floor plan, rear living with slide. Water issues unknown for years turned it to scrap. We now have a Heartland RV Prowler model 27P RBS. Rear bath floorplan with table & chairs, keyless entry, power awning(not sure how I feel about this option) and more. Quality right off the bat seems a step up from Fleetwood. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Any thoughts on the Carefree Travel'r Flat Pitch awning. Not adjustable. Supposedly has a feature that collapses a side if water pools on it. Does it work? I'd hate to have to close my awning because it's raining.
