Glad things turned out OK. Curious about your husband's reaction to the blow-out. Did he use this tactic?

Yes, off the brake, on the accelerator. He's had a few blow outs throughout his life & said this one was different, more explosive. Our whole wheel (w/ tire) assembly with brake was 4 hundred feet behind the coach. Did the blow out compromise the entire wheel assembly or axle? We'll never know... But he's had experience with these blow outs & this one shook him to his core.
