Finally - and better than 4 star hotel!!

After lots of pre-delivery delay and drama, our 2003 Monaco Executive is perfect and in such good condition you'd swear it was new! There is not the tiniest scratch or imperfection in any of the gorgeous solid cherry cabinetry or anything else! Now we can really see the difference between the quality of an older top-of-the line coach and new ones at triple what we paid. We are finding out more and more as we get settled with FOUR doggies!

We first (well I have to say I first) fell in love with it when I spotted it in a back lot at a dealer in October. That was because it had a purple stripe on the outside and rich, tasteful Ralph Lauren purple trim on the inside and with elephants! I went to TCU and the colors are purple and white. We have season tickets and will be tailgating!

Take a look! Thanks to all of you for sharing your wisdom and experience. I have to mention two in particular: Steve Ownby and Jerry Jenkins. We are grateful and indebted to you both! And patience did pay off! (Though I hated that part.).

You said it. Looks fantastic. The DW wants a dog. How does yours like the MH? She was thinking about a lab. Any thoughts?

We could never be without dogs. They are the reasons we had to get a MH! How else would we go anywhere?

As to what kind, I'd say small dogs are just plain easier. We had never had one before we rescued Sofie two months ago. I would have never thought I'd be a chihuahua mom, but she dispels the stereotypes! She is perfect in every way. She is calm, well-socialized, well-behaved (and I'm doing the classes at Petsmart ) and cuddles in a little ball next to me all night! And I'd definitely do a rescue ! If it's been fostered, they will know the temperament . But for a large dog, labs are good but need lots of training. My son has one and does a lot of training with him.

Best wishes for a great doggie to come your way and bless your lives!!!
