Sat in one of those at the RV show in Pamona, CA this week. Very nice rig and a huge engine.

That's a "Truck Conversion." Not a "C" or a "super C." Very nice one too. Silver Crown was a top notch builder, before they went under. I've had my Truck Conversion for 4 years. Love it. You're going to love yours. Especially when you get into the mountains. Looking forward to more pictures. Hope it passes your inspections.

Thanks for all of the positive responses. It's been a long journey to making this decision. I am hoping the inspection goes as anticipated as I really wanted a rig like this. (My wife was leaning towards the class A style)

TXiceman: it has the DD 515 13 spd auto

I currently pull a Renegade 30' liftgate stacker with a car and motorcycle on the top, and a golf cart and vending supplies on the bottom. Very much looking forward to maintaining speed up hill!! I looked at a new Silver Crown back in 2008 (I believe that one had a 450 MB) and I loved it, just couldn't justify the $$$. Actually I could but my wife talked me out of it : )

Recently we looked at Entgra Cornerstones and Prevosts. Would have been happy with either of those. I reallly like the idea of the torgue, 40K towing capacity and the fact that I can exit the coach without disturbing my wife sleeping in the passenger seat!!!! SERIOUSLY!! Release the air for the floor, release the air lock on he door, unrecline the chair, etc

Flying out in the AM and looking forward to the 2600 mile drive home!!

I'll be happy to post pics!

By the way, my 2002 American Eagle 40M ISL400 is for sale [moderator edit] I'll post it here soon.

The one thing I've heard of with a rig like that is that some parks will not accept it as it's a Super B or C MH and if they only take Type A MH's they won't allow them in. Probably not a problem to most owners though.
