Talking First Trip with new Viewfinder

We returned Saturday from our first major trip with our new Viewfinder 22RBDS. We spent 16 days in Colorado (plus 6 days coming and going).

After our two shake-down weekend trips here in Wisconsin and the UP, we felt we were set for a long haul.

Had a great time and the trailer and new tow vehicle both performed fantastic!

No unexpected surprises or major problems (few minor things like needing to add some caulk to the shower).

Weather was great and scenery was amazing.

Many thanks to all the posters on this site who's advice helped make the trip a success

I've uploaded a few picts of the camper and some of our favorites from the trip:

bicklebok, the Durango (Crew with the 5.8 Hemi) didn't have any issues pulling the camper (about 5,000 lbs. loaded).
The gas mileage was in the 9-10mpg range heading out (uphill) and 10-11mpg coming home (downhill).

Had plenty of pickup even on mountain roads, easy to downshift for the long downhills and save the brakes.

Only problem is no one makes custom mirrors for it yet, so we had to use clamp on mirror extension (they actually worked better than I thought they would).
