Fulltime and lovin' it !

We are fulltime as of late July; lovin' it..............here's our modest rig set up, 2004 Dodge Quad Cab with a Hemi; and a 2008 Puma 33' OAL. We just got back from a month in New Mexico, and are now back home in South Carolina. In about two months we have put around 3000 miles under her and no problems........pre-planning works ! Average mileage with the cruise on 60....9.2 and in some places in Texas (flat) 11.5 to 12.0 @ 60 mph.

I'm green with envy! It'll be a couple years before we can go full time. I retired June 1st, my wife has to June 2012.

Your part of the country isn't too shabby either. We bought property just north of you, on Lake Greenwood. Unfortunately we can't spend as much time as we'd like there. Last visit was last October, next will be this November.

The best revenge is to live forever and enjoy every minute.

Happy trails,

We'll keep that in mind. Would likely be the second week in November, but we're not sure yet.

Congrats! We too have been fulltiming since July and enjoying every day, even when it rains, as it has been here in WV.

Yeah - why don't you make me feel bad.

Seriously, I can't wait to be in your shoes but my wife & I still got a few more years before that can happen.

Stupid economy!
