Its Finally Ours: 2005 Holiday Rambler Navigator 45PBQ
After 6 weeks, and 7 weekends spent inspecting, looking, driving, and researching, we finally took delivery of our first diesel pusher - and we did it up right: 3 -15000 btu A/C's, king bed, tag axle, residential fridge, Aqua-Hot, Insta-Hot, and a 515hp Detroit Diesel Series 60, not to mention all the other bells and whistles that come with a Navigator. Now all we have to do is pay it off.

Welcome aboard! Now it's time to start Navigating this country. Only real problem you should expect right away is for your jaw to ache a little from grinning when you're driving it.😂 For all of us with these coaches, we have some of the most well built, longest lasting chassis on the market. The attention to fit and finish is what makes owning one of these coaches worth while. Yes, there will be items needing adjusted, updated, or repaired, but you have a solid foundation from which to work, unlike some other coaches that aren't worth the expense or frustration. JMO Randy

Did you purchase from a private party or a dealership? Sounds like you spent a LOT of time looking it over. Now go out and USE IT!

It was MHSRV in Alvarado, TX and the reason it took so long to finalize the deal was because the service department seemed to have no sense of urgency to fix some of the issues we found on our initial inspection which coincided with our down payment. We'd go there the next weekend expecting to test drive and inspect for the repairs only to find the coach in the shop with the oil drained. The next weekend, we test drove but found out the entire steering wheel controls were in-op which included the cruise control and the horn - something the dealership had to fix because of safety and inspection. So, we went back the next weekend to finally test drive again only to find out that they would not let us test drive?? So, it took so long because it seemed the service department had no sense of urgency, and once they finally fixed the issues, we bought it.
