Just brought it home.

Just got home from Lazydays with our new to us 2005 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36B. With no suspension upgrades, full water and propane tanks, it handles very well. Passing trucks have no effect. It's a shame that we had to bring it back to WI now but if everything works out this will be our last Winter here. Would love to hear from other P-A owners about your experience, upgrades, problems, things to look out for etc.

What a gorgeous rig! I've got the same year's Excursion, yours looks like a much more recently built rig! I like the front design, the mid-cabin entry.

Bravo, and enjoy!

Great looking coach. Hope you many fulfilled miles with it. Didn't notice which chassis you have but our Workhorse has absolutely NO mods to it and it drives great. Hope to see you down the road, be safe and Happy Motoring!!!

Looks good. If it handles to your satisfaction, I would leave it alone. As for the full tank of water...why? We never carry more than 1/4 to 1/3 tank of fresh water unless we are going to a site with no water. Then we wait and fill up when we are near or destination.

It's a W22 chassis and it's had the brake recall work done. When you buy a motorhome from Lazydays it comes with a full tank of propane, full water tank and a full tank of gas for your journey home. We never run with full water either but the chance of having to sit somewhere waiting out a snowstorm was pretty good so this way we were prepared for it.

Congrats on your new rig and we know you will enjoy it.
Our MH sits most winters here and I have to visit it just to remind me that spring will come. We have gone south a couple springs for short periods of time. Not retired yet.

Gorgeous Rig!!

I so was in love with a 99 Pace Arrow 37-S at a local dealer before I found my Storm, it was everything I wanted, but unfortunately, for my purpose of being able to store it in my back yard, the jacks on the 37-S were in front of the tires and would not clear the hump from the street to the driveway. Plus, local code limited the back yard parking to 36' (It was only a foot over, and the inspector said he wouldn't worry about that-but still, you never know) And, lastly, I had trouble getting financing over 5 years on a coach more than 10 years old.... But I love the Pace Arrows! That one you have is just wonderful!

Congratulations!!!!
