We'd been looking for a late 90s Safari Sahara for a few months. We're east coasters and most of them seemed to be on the west coast. There were a few in the Carolinas, but nothing worth the trip to just look at it.

We planned the last trip of the season to a CG in Conn. the next to the last weekend of October, but due to a maintenance issue, we had to postpone one week. The Wednesday before the last trip a 1996 Safari Sahara hit Craig's List 10 miles from the campground. It was the exct color and layout we've been hunting for. We knew as soon as we saw the ad that we had found our new to us motorhome.
