How did the Oct. trip go to PA and other areas? Some Palazzo owners have had quality control problems, others have not...how is yours doing?

Anything that large/complex is going to have some teething issues. That where you find out just how good the Dealer really is .....

Anyone actually got a full on Manual for their unit??????

Yes, the Palazzo highlighted on the cover of the November issue of FMCA magazine is the same color scheme as our Palazzo. Nice article!

The manual is large but does not match because it is also for Tuscany And they keep changing things.

So far only issue I have had was the ground wire was loose on the hot water heater for it to operate on electric, just had to tighten a screw, other than that no issues , I live in pa but did take it to the finger lakes in ny, then to Niagara Falls and back to the other side of the finger lakes, then to the pa Grand Canyon and back home in harrisburg, pa. Had a issue with the jeep(toad) lights found it to be loose wires in the wire harness from coach to the jeep, other than that no issues everything is working fine and no leaks any where.

Thanks, that's the main reason we like the bunk beds.

New to Group

I just found this site and am glad to see it's going. We bought our Palazzo 33.1 in early May. I think it was one of the first ones made by Thor. Our dealer got it in mid-February. We've used it a few times this summer as we are still employed but starting in Jan. 2013, after retiring, we're heading south.

Our Palazzo has had a number of quality issues. Like trim that falls off, a frig that stopped cooling the frig area but the freezer worked, the living room slide rubbed on the floor and wore a hole in the flooring and a bunch of little things. All have been fixed and I "think?" we're good to go. As far as the driving and so on, all has been fine. Easy to drive and park. Several of the manuals were not included which made learning the different features interesting. I still not sure we've got it all figured out.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Be sure to check out the Thor Owner's section for lots of Palazzo info. Thor Industries Owner's Forum - iRV2 Forums I believe some of the manuals are available in that area as well.

There is a lot that is either not in the manuals or is incorrect. As noted, check all the threads related to Palazzo and you will learn a lot.
