Very clean with 18k miles. Dual recliners, third AC unit, king sleep number bed, dishwasher, etc. Looking forward to many years of travels with it.

Congratulations on a great choice! It looks like it was really cared for. We have a 2009 QTH and I think it has the most livable floor plan out there. I love the pantry by the fridge and I bet you will too! That holds a lot of canned goods and keeps the weight off of the slides. I keep our glasses in the top part. One hint: be sure to have the coach 4-corner weighed after you load it as you normally would. I had to shift some basement things around because of the washer-dryer weight on that rear PS corner. I also found out I was carrying too much air in the rear tires. Lowering the PSI really made a huge difference in the ride. ENJOY!

Our Phaetons are great coaches; however they did have some pretty major problems within a few years. Not sure if yours falls into that category. You probably need to check with Tiffin to see if yours does and if it has been repaired or not.

We love ours...different floor plan from yours, and feel confident that this will probably be our last motorhome. We've experienced a few minor problems that have been easily taken care of.

If you haven't already, join the Tiffinrvnetwork forum for expert advice on anything regarding your Phaeton.

Congrats on your nice looking rig! I'm even more jealous if you have covered parking for it in SoCal. I'm actually in the process of looking for property where I can either build a garage or it comes with a garage/shelter.

The covered parking shown is previous owners rented storage. However, I am in the process of erecting an RV port on our property. Folks to come tomorrow to clear the area where it will be located.

Thanks. Yes, I am aware of the issues (often referred to as the big three). Had it checked and discussed with Tiffin before purchase. And have joined the Tiffinrvnetwork - a excellent resource. Thanks!
