Talking New member with new TT

Wife an I just purchased our first Travel Trailer, a Coachmen Viking 16FB

So far no actual trips under our belt, and getting 14" of snow last night, looks like it might be a little while before we get out in it. I did sleep in it one night the weekend we got it home though (wife thought I was nuts).

I have already done a few mods like LED lighting upgrade, and I got a 750w (1500w surge) inverter which I will be installing shortly (and probably dual battery upgrade).

I grew up RV camping with my family, so I know what to expect for some things, but this is OUR first rig, I am sure I will be here a lot to learn new things and ask questions

Very nice! Your not nuts, some of us will openly admit that we sit in our RV's for absolutely no special reason. Just makes us feel good. Welcome!

Nice! Welcome to irv2 also. Great to see another Minnesnowta member. I haven't taken mine out yet this spring either. I think we MN'an's appreciate our rigs more since we only get to use them half the year.

Cool

Great looking set up. Wish we had a tub or at least a bigger one like yours.Opened the curtains this AM and all our snow is GONE Happy travels and ask away, someone will have a answer for you. We are on the south side of town.
Went out the other weekend to go around the block to see how she ran . Long Block, 60 miles before we were back in the driveway
Welcome, Tim
