It sounds like a smart decision, I have a strong desire for a new 42 ft Monaco Dynasty. My research and conversations with their Manager of Luxury Coach Sales has lead me to believe that Monaco has turn the corner on customer satisfaction and wants to become known as a company that listens to their customers needs and then follows through.

I would be interested too, in hearing from those folks who have bought a Monaco product lately. I stopped at their Elkhart Indiana Service Center the other day and asked a number of Dynasty Coach Owners how they liked their coach. I had a 100% satifaction reponse for both the product and service. One guy was a little disappointed, because he was there for 3 days waiting for parts from Oregon, but other then that, they were all very happy with their coaches and the service. I even heard something that is very rare. It seems that when one of the service techs was working on this fellows coach, he found a couple things that were done during production, that didn't met with his satisfaction, they weren't major, just somethings to this tech, that he didn't like to see; so he fixed them and made it right. It's always nice to hear when a service tech takes an interest in seeing that things are done right and does them.

From my observations, most of the problems Monaco was facing, came from vendor supplied items(tv,stereo, antenna, water heater) things they don't make, but have to contend with.

I just sold my 03 La Palma and it was a very well built coach. It had only a few cosmetic issues. Before that I had a Sea Breeze by National that must have skipped QC. I would have purchased another Monaco but I fell for the 06 Fleetwood Providence. Nothing like a Diesel ride.
This is my signature.
