No I didn't buy any lotto tickets. I am in no hurry anyway cause I just found out I can't use my RV for awhile. It seems a bird decided to build a nest in my engine compartment and there are 4 little ones in the nest. My wife said we now have to wait until they learn to fly and leave the nest. She won't let me move the nest.

Now I think I will just go buy some lotto tickets anyway. My luck has got to get better soon.

We purchased the exact motorhome February of this year. We are currently on our maiden voyge after a LONG winter in central Oregon.
I could say we "downgraded" from a Monaco 40 foot DP quad slide Diplomat but we consider this a step up.
This coach is amazing as is the floor plan and we have missed not one thing about our Monaco (which we loved). We have found better thought out storage space in this than our previous one.
Congratulations on your new Open Road.
We have found it to be everything we wanted and then some, and its very very quiet on the road, rides like a dream and so well made.

We are currently in the Carson Valley of Nevada heading to Prescott AZ.
Happy travels to you. I know we are so excited.
We have had first class service from the dealership in Reno Nevada where we purchased it and a couple request for information from Tiffin in Red Bay was answered prompty, great Customer Service.

Happy travels.

Glad to hear you love your open road also. We may head to Yelowstone for our first trip.

I can't believe they put 3 flat screen TV's in this coach. My wife loves the layout.

She loves that there are 2 sinks in the bathroom area as you well know. We bought ours from DandyRV in Alabama. We flew there from Tennessee to pick it up. They gave us the best price. Happy Motoring.

That's an expensive bird house you bought. Hope the birds appreciate it.

Good Luck,
Jon

The birds are doing fine. They like their new home for now. My wife said they are Carolina Rens.

Back to Blue Ox Baseplate. Talked to Mike from Blue Ox today. He sent out a second baseplate. That makes three all together. He checked it himself to make sure it wasn't bent and put in extra packing. He overnighted it to my installer.
He said he has shipped tons of baseplates and never known of one to get bent let alone two. He said he will keep shipping one to me until I get one that is not bent. Blue Ox is a top company in my book. They have been great and responded quickly. It arrives tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Now I wait for the birds to fly.

John

I like the fabric design and the cabinet colors

Very pretty RV. I like the fabric design and the cabinet colors. Your RV will forever have good karma for taking care of the birds. Were currently not using our garage door due to a birds nest.

Cheers!
Michelle

So, after the birds fly away, will you be "empty nesters?"

Boo........

Ok, After 3 bent baseplates my toad is done.

Now for the birds. They are still there. I have a picture but you have to look hard to see them. They are real still and staying low.
