New to Me, '98 Country Coach Intrigue 36'

Hi All!!
After 6 months of looking, I located a CC Intrigue 36' 1250 mi away. I decided the research I had done was good & jumped on a plane to Austin from Orlando.
Had a local mechanic put in an oil pressure sensor, new belts, & checked all the fluids. Previous owner put new tires on 250 miles ago along with the annual service.
Being this was my first RV I took the LazyDays safety course a week earlier. I was a little apprehensive driving this "big to me" coach back to to FL solo but after a short while I got a little more comfortable with it. I must say it drove like a dream, only 92,000 miles & that Cummins was hummin!! After the second refuel I got the cruise set at 65 & didn't budge over that for 300 miles or more.. I was getting 8.7 mpg! My first stretch I found myself doin 75 keeping with traffic & got 6.5 mpg.. Next trip I have to shoot for 60..
The build quality is great with this coach! I think I made the right choice even with the laundry list of items I'd like to correct/upgrade.
I've been reading this forum trying to learn all I can. It's awesome the members are so helpful here! I'll have to take some low res pics soon to post! The clearcoat has issues from the Texas sun..

Check the age of the tires. 250 miles sounds great but they could be very old tires. Mileage is less an issue than age.
