Thanks again.

Unfortunately, it has to go in to service. The Lippert 6 point and slide out hydraulic system is failing. Blowing fuses. I think it is a bad pump drawing many amps. Hopefully, that's it, and hopefully we don't have any issues with our extended warranty.

Update - My luck still holds (bad that is). I replaced the 50 amp resettable fuse because of Lippert system kept shutting down during level and slide out operation. Easy thing is to replace the fuse. Made no difference.

Took it in. They again replaced the now new fuse with another new fuse. Works fine now.

Couldn't help but notice the Michigan Tags. What part of the mitten you from? The Wife and I are from the Mason/Lansing area. Our last 5th wheel came fro KitsMiller RV In Holt. We bought a new 04 Open Road 5th Wheel and a little over a year ago traded it in on our First MotorHome. Welcome to IRV2 group, you'll love it here, People are the best anywhere! BTW, We live in NC now, tiered of those cold as he## winters.

Hello Doug and Darlene (and Abby),

We are not far from your old homestead. We live just north east of Charlotte, MI.

You missed quite the winter here this last year. Most snow ever!
Hadn't seen snow like this since I was a kid (60's and 70's).

We ordered our first 2 trailers from Gillette, that I am sure you are familiar with. Too bad the Gillette family sold out. It was a nice family operation in the 80's and 90's. Bought both trailers from the old man.

This current trailer we bought off the lot from All Seasons RV in Muskegon.

Glad you are enjoying the south. I can actually take the cold better than the heat.

Hi! I'm new to this forum too (although not new to RVing), and a new cat owner... Or does she own us?!

Anyway, I'm impressed with your cat door mods. Did you make the arched trim?

Also, do you think that trailer would work with a golf cart?

Thanks!

The arched trim are from Cat Door with a Brush

The Swivelwheel 58dw will work with a golf cart, as long as the cart fits onto a spot 5' x 8', and is less than 1200 lbs.
