Was looking at Monaco's and then stumbled on this: YOU NEED TO LOOK NO FURTHER! 2003 AMERICAN COACH AMERICAN EAGLE 42E, WITH A 500HP CUMMINS, ALLISON TRANSMISSION, ON A SPARTAN CHASSIS. AQUA HOT, HEATED TILE FLOORS, UPGRADED FLOORING, 3 TVS, SURROUND SOUND, 3 AC UNTIRS, 4 COMPARTMENT REFRIGERATOR/ FREEZER WITH ICE MAKER, CONVECTION/MICROWAVE OVEN, 3 BURNER COOKTOP GAS STOVE/OVEN THAT'S NEVER BEEN USED, WASHER/DRYER UNIT THAT'S NEVER BEEN USED, CENTRAL VAC, AWNINGS OVER ALL WINDOWS AND LARGE ELECTRIC CAMPING AWNING OVER ENTRANCE SIDE OF THE COACH, BLUE OX TOWING, BEAUTIFUL! A MUST SEE! $99,800.00

Can I get some guidance on what I should be careful with (what I need to check) in order to be sure I am getting good value at the right price. I certainly don't want a problem child. Thanks for any help.

You may want to start a new thread about this but my answer is simple:
Check engine blowby on 500. EGR problems can lead to stuck rings
Check hours on gen set

If it checks out it still isn't worth anywhere near that price, probably 55 to 65k at most. I sold a 2005 for $85k
