New to us Coachmen

Several of you were kind enough to answer questions in my other thread, but I figured Iíd make an official thread here now that weíve taken possession of it.
This is our new to us 2012 Coachman 31BHDS. We bought it from a private owner. Other then needing a good cleaning inside and out, itís in great condition. No leaks, nor any signs any previously. No tears or stains on the interior. And everything works.
The unit is electric everything. Tongue jack, stabilizer jacks and the awning are all electric.
They even sold it with the hitch gear.
We got a really good deal on it. Unfortunately itís the end of the season but we are going to try and get it cleaned up quickly and loaded so maybe we can sneak in a trip or two before the cold weather sets in.

Congratulations on your new Coachman. Best of luck with.

If it were me, I'd get out and use it.

Great looking unit, I would not let the weather stop you from getting a bit of use out of it this season.

You donít have to make your first trip cross country, a few close to home trips would help you get the feel of it.

Congrats. That is a nice one. Looks well maintained. It's always warm in Louisiana, well except February. We only have two seasons here. Summer and February!
