Well now for the bad news. Creditd nnion called today and changed the loan. I told them I was more than a little PO'd and told them to keep their loan. So now its back to the drawing board and I've got to call the owner in the a.m and let him know. He's likely to want to put it back on the market and I certainly can't blame him. We'll see.

Maybe if you explain your situation, they'll give you more time.

Don't give up so easily.

Well here it is over a month later and FINALLY it has all worked out. Pulled some bucks out a couple different areas and we are ready to close the deal in about a week. The current owner was amazing. He kept it available for us for a month and then put it back on the market, which I certainly understand. When I got the last of the financing arranged and called him, he was great. He had a couple more folks coming to look at it and called them and cancelled. He went way above and beyond what most folks would have done. We'll come up with something nice for him for his troubles. Now to see the old dynasty.
