Welcome... You will enjoy your RV!

We have similar size. Super ez to get around in and ez to maintain. Ours is used for long weekend jaunts and a few longer vacations.

Photo shows how we inexpensively turned the food nook into a comfortable couch. Can still have tabletop put in for eats; as well as used as a bed, if either is desired. We keep the table under the bed. Also, under the bed is a small, lightweight folding-leg plastic table that works well while the couch's center insert and back rest remains in place.

Good Luck!

Enjoy the new to you rig! There are some benefits to a shorter rig. Enjoy!

As often mentioned in life, about life: "There's a trade off for everything"!

For interior comforts during interior use hours... we'd love a large RV...

However: For travel on back roads [hwys too], pulling into locations for lunch and mid travel-day rest, parking in general, stopping at shopping centers while traveling, storage area/ease on our property, reduced overall maintenance efforts/needs, capability to have an inexpensive bullet-proof gasoline engine and for boondocking - etc, etc. Well, the shortie RV wins out.

Importantly, regarding our RV use needs: We will not spend more than a total of a few weeks to a couple months each year during different travel jaunts on/in our little/compact "Sweetie".

If we were to full time or even long span part time live in an RV... then a considerably larger RV would be our choice.

As mentioned above: "There's a trade off for everything"!

Why hello there!!!

I have filled my head with page after page of lore and information and have decided that the 25y or variant thereof is what I will be buying here in a while.

Do you have steering stabilizer... but then do you need one for a shorty RV?

I would be interested in hearing any feedback you have on you rig... thanks

Congratulations on the new rig and welcome to the forum! It's more important that everyone has a rig that meets their needs and budget, and allows them to hit the road and camp and travel as they wish. May you have many memorable trips!

Welcome and best wishes for many safe adventures. There will be mechanical and other challenges along the way, but keep your sense of humor and make lemonade out of the lemons.
