Our 2003 Sun Voyager

Here's a link to the dealer where we bought our Sun Voyager:

Class A Motorhomes - 2003 Sun Voyager 37ft Triple Slide - Sold!

I don't know how long they will keep this page up, but I have all of the pix they posted, and will be taking more in the near future and will post all.

We picked Big Blue up yesterday (Monday 10/8/12), and I drove her home, about 50 miles to Agua Vista RV Park, just outside of Elephant Butte, NM...link to folow...fine folks, family friendly, open year round, with a fine view of Elephant Butte Lake...make that Elephant Butte Mud Flats if they don't get some water soon!

Looking good! I looked at the identical unit before I bought my Damon. Gulf Streams really are quality units. The details and fancy touches on the Sun Voyagers are really nice....quality rarely seen with other gas units.

Just curious, why did you pass on the Sun Voyager. We're new to the Class A level, and I don't know anything about the Damon, so I can't make a comparison.

I passed on it simply because we liked the layout of this particular Damon Intruder a bit more. The Sun Voyager we looked at had the smaller 2 chair dinette rather than the nicer booth yours has. Seating for 4 is important for us, and I liked that the Damon had a 4 chair dinette. Ours has a tub/shower/toilet/sink all in it's own room, which I liked. Finally we preferred the V10 to Workhorse V8.

All these things were matters of personal preference. The quality of each is about the same, they're both well made units. We looked at other Damons like ours, but I didn't like the floorplans as much. It's important to pick a plan you like. When I saw ours, I said to myself "this is the motorhome!".

But if I had shop for another all over again, Sun Voyager would be on the short list. You're going to love it. They're so fun!!
