The previous owner (midwest) travelled. Not spending much time is any one place. I'm sure its seen salt air. IMO Which I think is better than road salt.

Don't for get the manuals.

Just to say thats a very nice looking M.H. and I hope that you received all the paper work on all of your Appliances.
Because later on down the road you want to learn a little more about the different things in your Rig. you will have all the paper work to look over.
Just a thought.

We got everything on everything.
I took half a day just to get the paperwork organized / filed.
You really need the individual appliance's paperwork as the Newmar manual is pretty generic. Still can't find the bulb numbers for the basement lights or the pot light in the cabin.
