Our first motorhome.

On May 2nd, Diann and I picked up our first motorhome, a 2008 Dutch Star 4023. The sale was thru Midway RV in Grand Rapids; MI. Kyle in sales is very knowledgeable and gracious. At no during our inspection or decision making time did we feel any sales pressure. Once we negotiated a price with the extras, Kyle and the people at Midway went out of their way to make things happen on time. No opps or we forgot or where is that written.

The PDI was better than anything we’ve had on our two previous 5th wheelers. Brian did an outstanding job teaching a couple of seniors how everything worked. We left the dealership with confidence to use this new to us motorhome. And yes, Midway arranged for us to spend 3 nights at a very nice campground about 20 miles away. Kyle and Brian made themselves available at any time in case we had questions or something came up.

Here’s our new to us Dutch Star;
The exterior is Cider and interior is Hazel Nut.

Very nice. I really like the interior colors. Sounds like you were treated very well by your dealer. That is the way it should be and is so nice to hear, instead of some of the horror stories we hear about.

Thumbs up Lookn Good

That is one nice clean rig and welcome.

It is amazing how many nice folks you meet out there and a great country to see!

What are your plans now with the Motor coach vs the fifth wheel?

Hey JohnT!

Wow! Your coach is beautiful! It looks brand new. I really like the looks of it inside and out. The layout and paint/color scheme are very nice. You were able to find a really, really nice coach.

Very happy for you and your wife.

Glad to hear the group at Grand Rapids treated you well. We are lucky to have such a good dealer so close.

Thanks for posting the pictures.

Enjoy the new baby!

Congrats on the purchase and hope you really enjoy all your travels. You are absolutely correct about what you say about the dealer. We purchased our Mountain Aire from them and it was the best dealer experience I have ever had. They treated you like family. NO pressure at all. Again congrats and enjoy. I almost forgot to mention. GREAT LOOKING COACH!

Hi John,
The new home looks great! Nice colors and super clean! We missed you by a day. We were out to Midway on Friday, May 3rd to have another look at the 2014 Dutch Star that you posted pictures of on another thread. Enjoy your new Dutchie!
