Our First RV

We just purchased a 2016 Thor Miramar 34.1. The RV had one owner who took exceptional care of it. We feel like we got a great deal. It's more than we originally were looking for and we found it a little before we were quite ready to buy, but... couldn't pass up the opportunity!

So far so good! Drives easy, has plenty of room and the extra 1/2 bath is a real plus!

First trip was to Lazy Days in Tampa with my experienced BIL & SIL. All 4 of us took the Driver Confidence course offered there, which turned out to be very fun, informative and interesting! Then dinner at the legendary Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City, steaks on the grill the second night, a little shopping at Camping World, some general tutorial info from my BIL, and then a short stop at the Hard Rock Casino to deposit some money into their account.

Next trip is still in the planning works (we are both still working till the end of the year) and then a little cross country action once we retire!
