Nice a 31JP !!! Is it a 2011 then? We were looking at that floor plan but went with the CP instead...CONGRATS! So when is the delivery date?
We ordered ours and it took about 8 weeks..took delivery May 28th. It's a great unit. The only issue I can't figure out is a leaky left rear air bag. Everything else is flawless. Time to break out the credit card for all the goodies you'll "need"

........... Welcome aboard, and may I say that's what it's all about. I can see your going to enjoy this unit, and what a nice way to start out. Your building memories has begun, enjoy and travel safe.

Don't worry about all the stuff to learn- we are here all the time. I check in often. Are there any major concerns right away that you need help with?

Yeah it's a little disconcerning especially if you don't have much experience driving a bathtub
How far did you drive it to bring it home? We were about 110 miles. With one little town I was worried about (narrow roads) but it turned out fine and was actually quite fun. I had my daughter with me.
We did the same thing the first night we picked it up.
Many happy memories!

That's a beautiful coach. The bunk house is a great feature we love. I had lots of years of experience driving a 5th wheel but just transitioned to a MH this year. It didn't take long to learn to drive at all.
