We just received approval today for our financing. The Country Coach Magna Rembrandt will be officially ours on 3/28. I have several more pictures in this thread.

Link to our Skydrive with many more pictures.

It has been tough to sleep recently. A lot on our minds. I figure once we get everything done, then I can sleep.

Took a little longer than expected to complete the financing, but that was OK because we were not quite ready. RV Parks don't open here until May. We are scheduled to take delivery on 3/28. We'll spend a couple of nights at the dealer (they have several full hookups on site). I am still working on where to keep it for a while until the parks open. I am not sure what the town or my neighbors would say if it's sitting in my driveway for a month. Perhaps that would be fine, I guess I'll find out.

We have feelers out for a real estate agent. My wife's union has a deal where they get a realtor who agrees to take a 1% discount. Hopefully by this weekend sometime the house will be listed. The union representative does all the leg work finding someone for us.

We have been sprucing things up for a couple of weeks. Taking down family pics, spackling and painting the holes left by this, started donating some of the things that will not sell. We are going to ask the realtor if they have contacts with people to help dispose of things. Of course our kids are already asking for some of their favorite things. My daughter and her husband just bought a new 34 inch TV and have agreed to exchange it with us for our 46 inch which is too big for the available space in the coach (we have a nice desktop that would be ideal for that TV. Will give another option to the overhead TV). The 34 incher should be just right, and it's Netflix enabled already.

I am starting to list some things on Craig's List. I will see how that goes. So far we are not experiencing that "how can I let THIS go, it means so much to me" mentality.

One of the RV Parks near my wife's job has a deal where they will store the MH during the off season if we pay for a seasonal site for 2013. They charge $1900 plus electric for May 3rd to Oct. 15th I believe. That seems reasonable. If the town has a problem with our sitting in the driveway for a month, that might solve the problem. I have also sent feelers to the closest 3 parks asking about volunteer for site options. We'll see what happens.

We are really getting excited as this looks like it's going to happen before summer. Even if the house is not sold the first month, we can move into the MH leave the house empty, or perhaps with a few pieces of furniture to stage the house, then sell the rest once we have a contract.

Well I guess I have written enough for now.
