Our new old camper.
Our first RV. 1975 Ford Econoline with an Eldorado camper.
64,000 miles on it, in very nice condition. We'll spruce it up a bit. Waiting for some warmer weather to try it out for a weekend.

That is a classic, hope tires and hoses and all other rubber is good on it before you set out.

Holy cow. That's awesome. Agree with 530ktm. I'd check/replace all of those if it has been sitting for a while. None-the-less...GREAT piece you have there. Post some interior when you can. Enjoy.

The previous owner said they had used it several times last year and everything was in good working order. I'll still check things over before we venture too far to be sure.
It drives good but with only a 302 it doesn't have a lot power.

Wow! That is a blast from the past!
I had a 1974 Eldo truck camper back around 1980 or so, lived in it, off grid in the woods for over a year. Best time of my life... then I got married.
One of these days I will have to wander back down that way and see if that camper is still there on not. I gave it to one of my buddies to use as a deer hunting cabin.

Thanks everyone. Once we get it cleaned up a bit I'll post some interior pix.

If I were you and can afford it, start with a good set of headers and less restrictive muffler and pipes. A better intake manifold and carburetor would help out also. Cool looking rig
